Point of sale & payments
One register for retail, air fills, rentals, course tuition and charter fees. Split tenders, store credit, discounts and coupons, a cash drawer with blind close, and card payments built in: hand over a QR pay link or take the card right at the counter.
Rentals & serialized gear
Every rental unit is one physical thing with a lifecycle: checked out with a deposit, due back on a date, and detoured to maintenance if it comes back damaged. Overdue gear surfaces on its own.
Tanks, fills & inspections
A cylinder registry with VIP and hydro tracking, nitrox fill logs with O2 analysis, and a register that will not quietly sell a fill for a tank that is out of inspection. Overrides are possible, and always logged.
Courses & certifications
Multi-day classes with rosters, instructor assignment and per-student notes, against PADI, SSI and NAUI catalogs or your own custom courses. Tuition collects at the register or online, balances track themselves, and finished students get their cards.
Trips, charters & shuttles
Shop-led travel with pricing options, deposits and payment plans, waitlists, rooming lists and per-trip profit. Boat charters with float plans and manifests, and shuttle runs for airport pickups, all capacity-checked.
Maintenance & the service bench
Time and usage-based service schedules for boats, compressors, pools and vehicles, plus work orders for customer gear with bag-and-tag custody and vendor shipments. Due work becomes tasks; overdue work glows until someone acts.
Crew, schedules & pay
Work schedules with time off and skill-coverage warnings, so the boat never leaves without a captain. Per-class and per-trip pay rates, a payroll report with period settlements, staff chat and a phone app for the dock.
Customers who help themselves
Walk-ins onboard with a QR code, waivers get e-signed and stored, and the customer portal handles trip balances, online payments, receipts and certifications. Class and trip group chats keep everyone on the same page.
