Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 18, 2026
ScubaShop is shared infrastructure: every shop benefits from it being fast, safe and lawful. This policy sets the ground rules. It is part of the Terms of Service.
You may not use ScubaShop to
- Break the law, or store or distribute unlawful content.
- Infringe others' rights: uploading photos, documents or data you do not have the right to use, or violating others' privacy.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages through the platform's email, chat or notification features.
- Upload malware or anything designed to harm the service or its users.
- Probe, scan, overload or interfere with the service, bypass its access controls or rate limits, or access another shop's data.
- Scrape the service, resell it, or offer it to third parties as your own product.
- Misrepresent your identity or business, or process payments for a business other than the shop on the account.
Fair use
Storage and messaging capacity are generous but not unlimited; plans include defined storage and we may apply reasonable technical limits to keep the platform healthy for everyone.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend accounts or terminate shops that violate this policy, with notice where practical. Something urgent, like malware or abuse in progress, may be actioned immediately. To report abuse: abuse@scubashop.io.
